TCL lidding films are designed to suit each application – exactly.  We provide extensive knowledge and research techniques to ensure trays and heat-sealable films are matched to give optimum performance and to minimise waste –  The TCL Packaging in-house tray testing laboratory replicates exactly the product packing conditions including method, temperature and pressure.  Our in-depth knowledge of tray sealing equipment, combined with our production control processes ensure that tray and film are perfectly matched within very tight specifications.

We pay particular attention to our customers’ specific requirements - peel strength required, product cooking methods, print quality, degradability, product respiration rates and resealability.
